A nervous system-informed approach grounded in Polyvagal Theory, offering education, awareness, and practical tools for navigating life with more capacity and choice.

  • I am a nervous system–informed educator and coach with a background in psychology and healthcare. My work focuses on helping people develop greater awareness of their internal states, understand how their nervous systems shape behavior and relationships, and build practical skills for navigating life with more clarity, choice, and self-trust.

I bring a trauma-informed, relational lens to this work, grounded in lived experience, ongoing study, and years of applying these frameworks in real-world settings. I am especially interested in how nervous system regulation, meaning-making, and self-authorship intersect in everyday life.

  • My work integrates nervous-system-informed education and coaching grounded in concepts and frameworks drawn from Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory.

Sessions may include breath work, learning cues of safety, regulation tools you can use at home, and pattern recognition. We often move from intellectual processing into the felt sense — and practice mastering the art of the pause.

Through this process, many clients begin to experience greater self-awareness, nervous system capacity, and agency over their emotional responses, behavior, and relational boundaries.

  • Many people arrive here after spending a long time searching — reading, learning, trying different tools or approaches and still feeling like something isn’t quite landing in a lasting way.

They’re often self-aware and genuinely committed to growth, yet find themselves repeating familiar internal or relational patterns despite understanding them intellectually.

This work is educational and exploratory, designed for people who feel ready to engage with curiosity and personal responsibility while translating understanding into tangible shifts in how they feel, respond, and relate in everyday life.

If this sounds familiar, you may find this work supportive.
